“The Hong Kong Schools Elite Speech Festival Association” is founded in 2017. Its main objective is to foster positivity and competitiveness within the high achieving pool of the public speaking community in Hong Kong, in the three languages of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Every year many champions and winners emerge in various speech competitions, however, there has never been a speech festival that rallies winners and merit holders to compete against each other and see who the BEST of the BEST is!
